Feeling absolutely disgusted that we have come to the hospital to talk with someone about Rogers bag!! He has bowl cancer and was told he could not use the toilet as he was visiting the ward. Even after me telling them his condition!!! When he needs to go he needs to go!!!! Furious is not the word. This was after being ignored for at least 5 minutes!!! Have seriously just gone off this hospital!!!
