Well it’s coming to the end of the summer holidays and the kids are back at school next week. This summer has had highs and lows! My son had his birthday and my daughter got fantastic results in her exams.
However there has been one major low and it’s taking time to get my head round it. So bare with me please. For sometime my husband has been ill, the day before my sons birthday he went for tests. The consultant saw something and more tests where requested. A few days ago my husband got his results. My husband has been diagnosed with bowl cancer. Thankfully it seems to be in the early stages and does not seem to have spread. We as a family are trying to get our heads around it all. So many questions going round and that need answering. And I don’t think it’s going to ever sink in, but we are staying positive and we are going to fight this all the way.
So my blogs will be including the new journey that I’m about to go on with my husband and family. I want to be open as much as possible and so does my husband.
